Petty Pandean-Elliott is a prominent figure in the culinary world, known for her expertise as an Indonesian chef, successful entrepreneurship, philanthropic endeavors, and authorship of highly acclaimed Indonesian cookbooks. She has made significant contributions to the industry, serving as a judge for prestigious events such as Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and the World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2016 and 2017. Additionally, she has been featured in Phaidon's "Where Chefs Eat" and recognized as one of Indonesia's influential women by The Peak magazine in 2015.
